Mr. Persinger is a Martial Arts School Owner & Instructor that has over 28 years of experience in Martial Arts, and currently holds a 4th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.  He is the Author of the book ABC's of Self Defense for Children, and is the Chairman of the Professional Karate Association, which main function is to provide certifications for Martial Arts Schools and Instructors.
